Arch Fenders have two types, one is Type A ( without UHMWPE pad ), and the other is Type B ( with UHMWPE pad ), check the below photos.

Project Description
This is the first order from a new client in Spain. They need 8 pieces of arch fenders, Type A, model SA500 with a length of 2500mm. The standard anchor hole is M42, but we customize the anchor fixing holes M36 according to their request.
Before production, we send our drawings to them for approval.
Anchor Bolt
We have two types of anchor bolts, one is a prebuilt anchor bolt for new concrete, and the other is one for existing concrete. This client needs anchors for existing concrete.
Regarding the anchor materials, we also have stainless steel and carbon steel Q235 with hot galvanised for choice.
Arch fender size is SA500x2500mmL, it has 8 holes each. The standard anchor bolt is M42, but we can customize it to M36 according to the client’s needs.
Packing
We pack the fenders with 4 pieces pallets and a wooden case for anchor bolts.
All meet the international agent’s packing request.
Standard or customized?
Arch fenders are made by mould, which has standard sizes and can’t be customized.
