We are specializing in marine mooring anchors production and marine hardware steel castings.
The annual casting capacity is 8,000 tons, most of our mooring products will be for exportation. Our company has obtained CCS, ABS, BV, LR, NK, DNV, GL, RINA, KR and other classification society approvals . And also ABS, GL, LR welding approval.
Our factory also passed ISO9001 quality system in the industry.
We have a full sets of production equipment: three-phase 8 tons electricity Arc furnace, 15,000 kV substation, 80 ton heat treatment electric furnace, sand mixer, shot blasting machine etc.
At present, the factory can produce the anchor over 30 tons.
Cast steel anchors: AC-14 anchor, Baldt Anchor, Bell Anchor, Hall Anchor, Danforth Anchor, US stockless anchor, Japanese stockless anchor, four claw Anchor, mushroom boat anchor, plough anchor delta anchor, fluke anchor and Bruce anchor etc.
