EVA high-efficiency elasticity foam brings Vinyl acetate from the Molecular chain, which increases the degree of crystallinity. Also increase the flexibility, anti-impact ability, filler mix and heat sealing ability.

Then the foam fender has good flexibility ability, anti-shock, and anti-environment force crack ability. And also have good lightweight performance, anti-lower temperature and no toxic characteristic, it is a very good ship anti-shock fender material.

SPUA-601(sprayed polyurea elastomer) Soft anti-corrosion material

Brief introduction:
SPUA-601 soft anti-corrosion material is the third generation polyurea elastomer which is formed by spraying on-site with the materials quasi-prepolymer, Amino Terminated polyether (ATPE) and amine chain extender. This technology combined the new material, new equipment and new craft together, it is a big step over the traditional technology and it is one of the most advanced construction technology in the world.
Performance:
The Freezing time is 10sec, It won’t be fluid hanging for the continued spraying in the side surface and top surface;
Have good physical performance, have good adhesive ability to all kinds of base materials.
It is not sensitive to humidity and temperature, and has good thermostability;
100% solid content, no VOC, no contamination, environmentally friendly;
Have good anti-corrosion, and anti-bump ability, even if the surface is broken, and won’t injure persons;
Has the good weatherproof ability, under long out-door use, no colour fading, and no pulverization.
Purpose:
SPUA-601 could be used in the fender, buoy, bumper ship, and fibreglass ship surface, have good protection and energy absorption function, also it could be used for slide manufacturing or repairing in Aquatic parks.
