Project Overview
YT Marine manufactured arch fenders with anchor bolts for a new client in Spain.
This project included 8 pcs of Type A arch fenders, model SA500, with a length of 2500 mm. The standard anchor hole for this model is M42, but the client required M36 anchor fixing holes, so we adjusted the hole size according to their request.
Before production, we prepared drawings and sent them to the client for approval. After the drawings were confirmed, we arranged production according to the approved design.
Arch fenders are commonly available in two types: Type A without UHMWPE pads and Type B with UHMWPE pads. For this project, the client selected Type A arch fenders.
For packing, the arch fenders were packed on pallets, with 4 pcs per pallet. The anchor bolts were packed separately in a wooden case for safer handling and shipment.

Anchor Bolts for Arch Fender Installation
For the anchor bolts, we can provide options for new concrete and existing concrete. This Spain client required anchor bolts for existing concrete installation.
Anchor bolt materials can be selected according to the project requirements. Common options include stainless steel and hot-dip galvanized Q235 carbon steel.
Packing for Shipment
We pack the fenders with 4 pieces pallets and a wooden case for anchor bolts.
All meet the international agent’s packing request.
Mold Size and Custom Options
For molded arch fenders, the main profile size usually depends on the existing mold. However, project details such as length, anchor hole size, anchor bolt type and material can be reviewed according to the installation requirements.
