This project was a repeat order from a long-term Greek customer for pneumatic rubber fenders used in ship-to-ship transfer operations.
The order included four large pneumatic rubber fenders and four smaller pneumatic rubber fenders. The fenders were supplied with related inflation accessories and marine fittings, including heavy-duty tire chain nets, hot-dip galvanized chains and fittings, end protection sleeves, hanging shackles, and swivels.
The fenders were produced and tested before shipment. During production, we inflated the fenders for inspection and pressure testing. Before shipment, the fenders were deflated to save loading space and make container transportation more efficient.

Product Details
The project included two pneumatic rubber fender sizes:
4 pcs of 3.3m × 6.5m large pneumatic rubber fenders
4 pcs of 2.0m × 3.5m small pneumatic rubber fenders
The large fenders were supplied with heavy-duty truck tire net protection. The smaller 2.0m × 3.5m fenders were also prepared with tire chain nets and related marine fittings.
The fenders were supplied together with inflation accessories and marine fittings, including heavy-duty tire chain nets, hot-dip galvanized chains and fittings, end protection sleeves, hanging shackles, and swivels.
These fenders were intended for STS operation, where floating pneumatic rubber fenders are used between vessels to absorb impact energy and protect hull surfaces during berthing or transfer operations.

Production and Testing
For pneumatic rubber fenders, production testing is very important before shipment.
During production, each fender was inflated for inspection. This helps us check the fender body condition, inflation performance, and general appearance before packing.
After testing, the fenders were deflated for transportation. This is a common shipment method for pneumatic rubber fenders, especially for large sizes, because deflated shipment can reduce volume and improve container loading efficiency.

Shipping Arrangement
At the beginning of the project, the loading plan was arranged as one 40-foot open top container for one large pneumatic rubber fender, and one 20-foot standard container for the four smaller fenders.
After final loading, the actual container arrangement was optimized. The 40-foot open top container loaded four large fenders and one small fender. The remaining three small fenders were loaded into one 20-foot container.
This adjustment helped improve container space utilization and made the shipment more practical.

Delivery Schedule Adjustment
The shipowner’s vessel was originally staying at a port in China. However, as the fenders were custom-produced and we did not have stock available, the order could not catch the vessel during its China port stay.
Later, the vessel sailed to Singapore and then planned to continue to Nigeria. To support the customer’s schedule, we adjusted the delivery plan and arranged shipment to Singapore, so the fenders could catch the vessel during its Singapore stay.
This kind of coordination is important for marine fender projects, especially when the products are linked to an active vessel schedule.

Project Summary
This repeat order shows our ability to support long-term marine customers with customized pneumatic rubber fenders, production testing, accessory preparation, and flexible shipping coordination.
For pneumatic rubber fender projects, the product itself is only one part of the work. Inflation testing, deflated shipment, container loading planning, accessories, and vessel schedule coordination are also important for successful delivery.
