YT Marine manufactured custom ship side bow fenders for a Bangladesh Navy project involving six ships.

These bow fenders were designed for vessel side and bow protection. The fenders used foam material with a density of 60–70 kg/m³, helping balance impact absorption and manageable weight for ship side installation.

The installation method used 50 × 50 mm aluminium channels. This channel installation structure helps keep the fenders fixed along the vessel side and makes replacement or maintenance more convenient.

For this type of bow fender, the size, shape, foam density, coating and installation method can be customized according to the vessel drawing and project requirements.
