Large Foam Dock Bumpers for Korea Shipyard

YT Marine manufactured large foam dock bumpers for a Korea shipyard project. The foam fenders were made in 3.3 m × 6.5 m size, with EVA closed-cell foam cores and anti-UV, anti-seawater SPUA coating.

YT Marine manufactured large foam dock bumpers for a Korea shipyard project.

The foam dock bumpers were made in 3.3 m × 6.5 m size and used for protecting the vessel shown in the project photos.

These foam filled fenders use EVA closed-cell foam cores inside. The foam structure provides good energy absorption, low reaction force and stable buoyancy, while avoiding the risk of sudden bursting during use.

The outer layer uses SPUA coating, which helps resist UV exposure and seawater corrosion in marine environments.
