YT Marine manufactures GRP and FRP grating panels for marine flooring, floating jetties, shipyard walkways, dock platforms and other wet-area deck applications. Compared with traditional steel flooring, fiberglass reinforced plastic grating is lightweight, corrosion-resistant and suitable for marine environments where anti-slip performance, drainage and easy installation are important.

What Is GRP / FRP Grating?
GRP grating is also called FRP grating or fiberglass grating. It is commonly used for platforms, walkways, drainage covers and access areas in marine, dock, shipyard and industrial environments. For buyers who need lightweight deck flooring with good corrosion resistance, GRP grating is a practical option.

Anti-Slip Surface and Molded Grid Structure
The grating shown here is designed with two functional layers. The top layer is an anti-slip patterned surface to improve foot safety in wet working areas. The bottom layer is a molded grid structure that provides strength, drainage and reduced panel weight. This structure makes the panel suitable for floating jetties, outdoor platforms and marine walkway applications.

Available Sizes, Heights and Colors
A common panel size is 1220 × 3660 mm. Available heights include 25 mm, 38 mm and 50 mm. The final selection depends on the required loading, installation method, support span and project layout. Color can also be customized according to project requirements, safety zones or deck design.

Marine Applications
Marine GRP grating can be used for floating jetties, dock walkways, shipyard platforms, vessel access areas, marina flooring and other wet or corrosive environments. It can also be used together with mooring anchors, chains, rubber fenders and other marine deck equipment when buyers need a complete project package.
