SA800 arch rubber fender and bollard project for Peru client

Project Overview

YT Marine manufactured arch rubber fenders and customized bollards for a long-term client in Peru.

This project included one set of SA800 arch rubber fenders and one set of customized bollards, together with the required installation bolts and anchors.

The client had worked with us before, so this order was based on an established cooperation relationship. The project required both suitable rubber fenders and matching mooring equipment for marine infrastructure use.

Technical Consultation and Customisation

Before production, the client shared reference photos and project requirements with us.

Based on the photos and application details, our team reviewed the suitable arch fender model and bollard design. The selected arch fender specification was SA800 × 2000–2400 mm.

For the bollards, we customized the bolt hole dimensions according to the client’s installation requirements.

The anchor type and installation bolts were also reviewed before production, so the fenders and bollards could match the client’s existing site conditions more accurately.

Drawing and Order Confirmation

Before manufacturing, we checked the main dimensions, anchor details and installation requirements with the client.

For customized marine products such as arch fenders, bollards and anchor bolts, drawing confirmation is very important. It helps both sides confirm the hole size, bolt arrangement and installation details before production starts.

After the client confirmed the details, we arranged production according to the approved requirements.

Production and Quality Assurance

After the order was confirmed, our production team completed manufacturing within 15 days.

The arch rubber fenders, bollards, installation bolts and anchors were checked before shipment to confirm that the products matched the client’s requirements.

For this order, we also issued the Factory Certificate / COC to provide traceability and product quality confirmation for the client.

Packaging and Shipment

The products were packed securely for LCL sea freight shipment.

Because this order included rubber fenders, bollards and metal installation accessories, the packing method needed to protect different product types during handling and transportation.

The shipment was arranged to the client’s designated port in Peru according to the project schedule.

Client Feedback

After receiving the shipment, the client was satisfied with the product quality and our service.

This project continued the long-term cooperation between YT Marine and our Peru client. It also showed our ability to support marine projects that require both rubber fenders and customized mooring equipment.

Conclusion

This project demonstrates our expertise in delivering customised marine fenders, bollards, and complete installation solutions. From early consultation and technical adaptation to fast production and reliable delivery, we remain committed to providing professional products and services to clients worldwide.
