Project Overview
YT Marine prepared D rubber fenders, anchor chains, chain connectors and swivels for a repeat Australian client.
This client had ordered similar marine products from us before. For this order, they purchased anchor chain products together with D-type rubber fenders for ship use.
Product Scope
This project included D200 rubber fenders, 14 mm and 16 mm studless anchor chains, 10 mm and 13 mm chain connectors, and 20T swivels.
These products were prepared as a combined shipment for the client’s marine project.
Anchor Chains and Chain Connectors
The anchor chains in this order were studless link anchor chains.
The client ordered both 14 mm and 16 mm anchor chains, together with 10 mm and 13 mm chain connectors. These connectors are used for chain connection and marine assembly applications.
All anchor chains and chain connectors were hot-dip galvanized for better corrosion resistance in marine environments.
20T Swivels
The shipment also included 20T swivels.
Swivels are used in marine chain or mooring connections to reduce twisting during use. For ship and marine applications, the swivel size and working load should be selected according to the chain size and project requirements.
D200 Rubber Fenders
The client also ordered D200 rubber fenders together with the anchor chains and swivels.
D-type rubber fenders are commonly used for ship, dock and marine protection applications. They help absorb impact and protect the vessel or dock structure during contact.
Surface Treatment
The anchor chains, chain connectors and swivels were hot-dip galvanized.
Hot-dip galvanization helps improve corrosion resistance and is suitable for marine environments where the products may be exposed to moisture, salt water and outdoor storage conditions.
Packing for Shipment
We used pallets and wooden cases for packing.
The D rubber fenders and anchor chains were packed to make handling and transportation easier. Smaller accessories such as chain connectors and swivels were packed carefully to help protect them during shipment.

Anchor Chain Options
Our factory can manufacture anchor chains in different specifications for ship and marine applications.
We can manufacture Grade 2 and Grade 3 anchor chains. Classification society certificates such as CCS, LR, DNV and ABS can also be provided according to project requirements.
The maximum anchor chain diameter can be close to 60 mm, depending on the required chain type, grade and certificate.
