500×3000 mm pneumatic marine fender for Bangladesh Navy project

This pneumatic marine fender project was made for the Bangladesh Navy. The client repaired 18 ships at a port in China and required small long pneumatic fenders for vessel protection during repair and berthing operations.

We manufactured 500 × 3000 mm pneumatic marine fenders for this project. It was our first cooperation with this client and became a good starting point for future marine fender projects.

From the photos below, you can see part of our production and assembly process. We first produced the pneumatic fender body, then installed the tire-chain net, shackles, swivels and towing rings. Air charging accessories were also included with the delivery.

The pneumatic fenders were manufactured according to ISO 17357 requirements.
