Custom Boat Side Fenders for Russia Shipyard

YT Marine manufactured custom D-shape boat side fenders for a Russia shipyard project involving six ships. The fenders were made in 350 × 350 mm size with black dot semi-glossy surface and recessed slots for strap installation.

We manufactured custom boat side fenders for a Russian shipyard project involving six ships.

The fenders were made in a D-shape design, with 350 mm width and 350 mm height. The color was black, with a dot semi-glossy surface finish.

These boat side fenders were manufactured according to the client’s drawings to match the shape of the vessel side.

The installation method used straps. To make the straps fit better on the fender surface, we made 5 mm recessed slots at the strap positions. You can see the installation details in the project photos below.

For this type of boat side fender, the shape can be customized according to the vessel design. Besides D-shape fenders, we can also manufacture round, square or other custom shapes for different ship side layouts.

Weight is also an important factor for boats and yachts, because it may affect sailing speed and handling. Different foam densities can be selected according to the project requirements.
