Application

Besides the tugboat cylindrical fender, this kind of ship also needs W fender and D fender, we also have them.

Where is the insert?
The end insert is already installed in one end of the 4m fender, which you can find from the above pictures.
Where are the connection inserts? It is already installed at the other end of the 4m cylindrical fender, this is the picture to show the location.
Packing
Usually, we will just wrap the plastic film to protect the fender to avoid dirt on the fender surface.
It is used for the bumper, does not need other extra protection.
Container Loading
The total weight is only about 10 tons, which means we can use a 20′ container.
But the max fender length is 6m, and a standard 20′ container inside length is about 5.8-5.9m, so we can not use the 20′ container, it is too short.
We can choose LCL (less than one container ) shipment for this, but LCL has a huge destination port pick-up cost.
Finally, our client chose FCL whole container shipment. These are loading pictures.
