500 × 1000 mm foam fenders for boats with rope net

YT Marine manufactured foam fenders for boats for a Europe client.

This project included 100 pcs of 500 × 1000 mm black foam fenders, fitted with 10 mm rope nets and packed in one 20′ container.

Before installing the rope net, we checked the fender body shape and surface finish. For this batch, the chamfered areas needed to remain uniform across all 100 pcs, so we paid close attention to consistency during production and inspection.

After the rope nets were installed, we wrapped the fenders with protection film. The film was placed outside the rope net, not under the rope, to help keep the fenders clean during transportation.

Below are project photos of the foam boat fenders before and after rope net installation.
