U2 Ø26 mm Anchor Chain Assemblies for Argentina
YT Marine manufactured U2 Ø26 mm stud link anchor chain assemblies for a long-term marine client in Argentina. This order was purchased together with green anti-slip FRP grating for the client’s fishing and shrimp boat applications, allowing the marine deck and anchoring products to be prepared within the same project arrangement.
The chain assemblies were produced according to the confirmed drawing. Each assembly used U2 Ø26 mm stud link anchor chain with a length of 27.5 m. The order included eight chain assemblies, together with Kent shackles, an end shackle and a swivel for the required chain connections.

Confirmed Chain Arrangement
The supplied chain assemblies included:
- U2 Ø26 mm stud link anchor chain
- 27.5 m chain length per assembly
- Kent shackles for chain connection
- End shackle and end link arrangement
- Swivel component
- Eight complete chain assemblies
The drawing specified a proof load of 278 kN and a breaking load of 389 kN for this U2 Ø26 mm anchor chain arrangement.
