YT Marine manufactured black foam filled fenders for a Panama client.
For this project, we prepared the foam filled fender drawing first and sent it to the client for order confirmation. After the drawing was approved, we arranged production according to the confirmed size and structure.
Product Name
Foam filled fender, black.
This type of foam filled fender uses a foam core inside and a protective outer coating outside. It is suitable for marine berthing protection where stable energy absorption and floating performance are required.
Size
The fender size for this project was 700 mm × 1500 mm.
The diameter was 700 mm, the fender body length was 1100 mm, and the overall length was 1500 mm.
Quantity
This order included 2 pcs of black foam filled fenders.
Drawing
Before production, we prepared the foam filled fender drawing and sent it to the client for confirmation.
Drawing confirmation helps both sides check the fender diameter, body length, overall length and connection details before production.
Measurement
The client could not come to China for product inspection, so we took measurement photos for each key dimension and shared them with the client before delivery.
Diameter
The measured diameter was 700 mm.
Length of Fender Body
The measured fender body length was 1100 mm.
Overall Length
The measured overall length was 1500 mm.
Accessories
For this project, we installed swivels and shackles at both ends of the fenders according to the client’s requirement.
These accessories help connect the foam filled fenders with chains, ropes or other marine fixing systems during installation.
Protection
Before shipment, we wrapped the fenders with protection film.
The protection film helps keep the black fender surface clean during handling, storage and transportation before the fenders arrive at the client’s site.
