Yokohama Pneumatic Fenders for Onne Port, Nigeria

YT Marine manufactured Yokohama pneumatic fenders for Onne Port, Nigeria, including 3.3 m × 6.5 m and 1.2 m × 3 m sizes. The fenders were fitted with aircraft tire-chain nets, 50 kPa internal pressure and ISO 17357:2014 standard.

YT Marine manufactured Yokohama pneumatic fenders for Onne Port, Nigeria.

This project included two batches of pneumatic fenders. The first batch included 6 pcs of 3.3 m × 6.5 m fenders, and the second batch included 3 pcs of 1.2 m × 3 m fenders. This was a repeat order from our client.

The fenders were made with aircraft tire-chain nets and 50 kPa internal pressure. They were manufactured according to ISO 17357:2014 requirements for pneumatic rubber fenders.

Before shipment, the large fenders were deflated and prepared for container loading in our workshop. Some accessories, including shackles and swivels, were also packed together for the tire-chain net assembly.
